DEPLOYMENT
SCENARIOS
From air-gapped federal enclaves to international FIDIC programs — the forensic engine deploys to the environment your controls obligations require.
International Capital Projects
FIDIC contracts. Global programs.
EPC contractors, project finance lenders, and owner's representatives operating under FIDIC Red, Yellow, Silver, and Gold Book contracts on international capital programs. Peveka's knowledge base includes the full FIDIC contract corpus — every clause, every notice obligation, every engineer's decision deadline — pre-loaded and semantically indexed.
FIDIC Contract Corpus
The full text of FIDIC Red Book (Construction), Yellow Book (Plant and Design-Build), Silver Book (EPC/Turnkey), and Gold Book (Design, Build and Operate) contracts is pre-loaded in Peveka's semantic knowledge base. When the schedule shows a delayed handover and the contract requires an extension of time claim within 28 days of the delaying event, Peveka flags the approaching deadline automatically — even before your controls team runs the weekly update.
- ✓FIDIC Red, Yellow, Silver, and Gold Book (full text pre-loaded)
- ✓Extension of time notice windows tracked automatically
- ✓Engineer's decision deadlines mapped to schedule milestones
- ✓FIDIC Sub-Clause 20 claim procedure monitoring
Multi-Jurisdiction Program Oversight
International capital programs frequently involve multiple jurisdictions, multiple prime contracts, and lender technical advisor oversight. Peveka reads all prime schedules as a unified dataset, flags interface conflicts between primes, and generates the schedule narrative documentation required for lender draw requests and independent monitor reports.
- ✓All prime schedules read as a unified cross-jurisdiction dataset
- ✓Interface conflicts between primes identified automatically
- ✓Lender technical advisor report documentation generated
- ✓Multi-currency cost performance analysis supported
Schedule Forensics & Dispute Support
When the project is already in trouble.
Claims consultants, construction counsel, and owner's representatives engaged in active disputes, termination proceedings, or post-project litigation. Peveka reconstructs the full forensic schedule history — baseline to as-built — and generates the contemporaneous analysis documentation required to substantiate or defend a claim.
Forensic Schedule Reconstruction
A successful time impact analysis requires a complete forensic record: every baseline revision, every data date, every logic change, every float trend. Peveka reads the full P6 or MS Project export history and reconstructs the contemporaneous schedule record in the order it was created — not in the order it was reviewed. Window analysis, time impact analysis, and as-planned versus as-built delay analysis are standard outputs.
- ✓Full baseline-to-as-built reconstruction from export history
- ✓Window analysis and time impact analysis (TIA) outputs
- ✓As-planned vs. as-built delay analysis
- ✓Float trend analysis across the full project record
Claims Documentation & Expert Support
Every forensic output Peveka generates is traceable to the specific task, data date, and schedule revision that produced it — the foundation of legally defensible claims documentation. The full tamper-evident audit log of every analytical run is exportable for use in arbitration or litigation, and Peveka's forensic outputs are formatted for inclusion in expert reports.
- ✓Task-level and data-date-level traceability per finding
- ✓Tamper-evident log exportable for arbitration and litigation
- ✓Expert report appendix formatting available
- ✓Critical path drag and delay attribution analysis
EVMS Surveillance & Audit Readiness
Before the DCMA walks in.
Program controls teams and EVMS managers on contracts subject to DCMA surveillance preparing for Integrated Baseline Reviews, scheduled 14-Point assessments, or ad hoc surveillance visits. Peveka runs continuous compliance monitoring between surveillance events — so the IBR package is ready before the request arrives.
Continuous 14-Point Compliance Monitoring
DCMA surveillance findings are rarely surprises — they are the result of issues that existed for weeks or months before the surveillance visit. Peveka runs the full 14-Point assessment on every schedule update: logic, leads/lags, hard constraints, high float, negative float, missed activities, critical path length index, baseline execution index, and the remaining three metrics. Corrective action paths are generated alongside each finding — not after.
- ✓Full DCMA 14-Point assessment on every schedule update
- ✓Corrective action paths generated alongside each finding
- ✓Pre-surveillance assessment package generated automatically
- ✓IBR readiness documentation built continuously
DOE Order 413.3B & EIA-748 Compliance
For programs operating under DOE Order 413.3B, Peveka's compliance monitoring is calibrated to the specific requirements of the DOE Program and Project Management directives. EIA-748 EVMS standard compliance is evaluated at the control account level — not just at the schedule metric level — and the full 32 EVMS guidelines are mapped against the current program record for each reporting period.
- ✓DOE Order 413.3B directives pre-loaded in knowledge base
- ✓EIA-748 EVMS 32-guideline compliance evaluation
- ✓Control account-level compliance assessment
- ✓Corrective Action Plan (CAP) generation per finding
Enclave & Air-Gapped Deployment
For programs where data cannot leave the boundary.
Classified programs, critical infrastructure operators, and federal agencies requiring on-premise or air-gapped deployment of the full Peveka forensic engine. All inference routes through the client's own controlled infrastructure — no data transits the public internet, no data leaves the federal boundary, no cloud endpoints are involved.
Air-Gapped On-Premise Deployment
For programs where the network perimeter is absolute, Peveka deploys the full forensic engine on client-controlled hardware using an on-premise vLLM inference backend. The containerized deployment package includes the full engine, the complete regulatory knowledge base, and all format parsers. After initial deployment, no external network connectivity is required for any forensic function.
- ✓Full engine deployed on client-controlled hardware
- ✓On-premise vLLM inference — no external API calls
- ✓Zero network connectivity required after deployment
- ✓Containerized deployment package for air-gapped environments
FedRAMP High & DOD IL4 Enclave Configurations
For federal programs that require cloud deployment within the federal boundary, Peveka deploys within the client's own FedRAMP High or DOD IL4 enclave. Inference routes exclusively through Vertex AI on GCP Government (us-gov-central1, FedRAMP High authorized) or AWS GovCloud Bedrock (us-gov-west-1). Zero data leaves the authorized government cloud boundary. DOD IL4 enclave configurations are available for classified unclassified programs.
- ✓Vertex AI — GCP Government (FedRAMP High, us-gov-central1)
- ✓AWS GovCloud Bedrock (us-gov-west-1)
- ✓DOD IL4 enclave configurations available
- ✓Zero data leaves the authorized government cloud boundary
